Yes! I guess you could say that...lol
Before we get into this let me start out by saying I was never known to be a tiny little petite thing.
Let’s put it this way, I was never "that girl" in high school that the other girls looked at in awe.
You know the ones I’m talking about, they can eat what they want do what they want and never put on more than 2-5lbs ever!
Even more annoying, is when you hear them say “OMG I can’t believe how much weight I’ve put on this summer!”
When I hear this my inside voice is screaming, "REALLY".
Here I am basically eating like a bird and stressing out about calories and carbs. You know what I mean… Not eating all the good stuff we actually enjoy eating. Why? Because it tastes good…
No instead, I’m eating salads and all of the other boring things we should do for weight loss.
